All online purchases are eligible for a full refund to your original form of payment within 14 days of the original ship date.  After 14 days of the original ship date all sales are considered FINAL SALE, there will be no exceptions. All returned items must be received in its original condition, unworn with it’s original tags, smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All items must be returned in their original box. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted if these conditions are not met. If you receive a damaged or defective item please email info@austinblooms.com within 48 hours of delivery, please include your name, date of purchase, a picture of the damaged item and a description of the damage.  

All sale items and special orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for credit.
